The QFit Gym is a Community Interest Company and a social enterprise set up to serve the local community.
We use the power of movement, physical activity, health and fitness to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of members.
We work with customers of all ages and abilities from our Youth memberships starting at 14 up and those adults who wish to improve strength, work out to a high intensity, attend classes and those living with long term illnesses such as Parkinsons to those who simply want to improve their quality of life.
We are located in North Tyneside and based in the John Willie Sams Centre, Market Street, Dudley, North Tyneside NE23 7HS.
