You MUST commit to attend at least TWICE PER WEEK during the six weeks!
The body composition weigh-in allows us to identify your body percentage of water, muscle mass, bone density etc and also the good (and bad) fat your body stores. This ensures we get a true picture of your real health position – it will also give us an indication of your body age!
By doing all this it means we don’t need to focus solely on weight or BMI (which is being removed as an indicator by many professionals anyway).
