The QFit Gym are delighted to announce another new class will start up in October.
Our association with Parkinsons UK started in 2018 and our work since then with those living with Parkinsons has been recognised and has allowed us to expand our services to offer a new BoxActive class!
The new class will start with a FREE TASTER on Wednesday 9 October, 11:30am-12:30pm.
BoxActive is our slower paced, low impact Boxercise class that uses the techniques and footwork of boxing to improve mobility and challenge you physically and cognitively aimed to help adults living with Parkinsons and other long term illnesses. All activities are tailored to individual ability and delievered in a fun, safe environment.
Weekly classes will then commence from 16 October, priced at £3.50pp (carer and support workers £2.50). You can register your interest online through our Classes page, you simply pay for your class upon arrival.
