All our classes are graded as LOW-MEDIUM-HIGH impact, they are delivered by qualified instructors who will ensure you can perform all activities to the best of your own ability. The impact grading will enable you to select the right kind of class for you, LOW impact classes are suitable to all ages and abilities regardless of your current level of fitness. MEDIUM classes are also suitable for everyone but you may be expected to push yourself a little. HIGH impact classes are for those who have the energy and commitment to work hard and achieve results, please don’t be put off by this level – you will always get out what you put in!

The FlexiPass is not valid for circuits

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS AND BOOKINGS
Select which class you wish to attend, the date and the class start time. To complete your booking you will be required to sign in (or create a new free account), we do not ask for any payment with online bookings. Please report to our gym reception desk to pay prior to attending a class.
