Here at The QFit Gym we take the health and safety of our customers very seriously and we are doing more regular anti-bac wipe downs of equipment, free weights handles etc and we advise all our customers to use the sanitisers around the room as they enter and leave and wipe down machines etc after use as an extra precaution.

As we are located within a council facility, we shall ultimately be governed by their guidance also, and at this stage we are OPEN and just ask our customers to follow all the advice provided by PHE and the Government.

Memberships

Our memberships are a 30-day monthly contract as standard, customers may have purchased two or three month discounted options. We also have customers who pay via direct debit, again at a discounted rate, however those customers may have a minimum period of up to three months.

There is no action required for any customer paying by cash/card, you simply just don’t turn up and pay.

Those cancelling who are on DD must contact Ashbourne Services direct, they will advise you on any contracted payments.
