Bespoke training plans
Our staff are all a minimum fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers, we can offer a PT session from 30 up to 60 minutes, depending on what’s best for you! We will develop a bespoke training plan to help you reach your own fitness goals and will be on hand to make sure you get the most out of each and every work out.
We will help you do the right exercises, using the correct equipment and using each piece of equipment in the most efficient and effective way possible, meaning it’ll have the most effect. All this means you’re much more likely to see the results you crave which, in turn, will help keep you motivated, thereby helping you stay on track to achieving those goals.
Our GymPLUS membership is £28pm and as well as all exercise classes you also get three PT sessions each month!
PT with a buddy, you and a friend can attend a single PT session for two people at a discounted rate.
If a full-on PT session doesn‘t quite appeal, then why not give Small Group Training a go? This is the same concept, except you share your sessions with a small group of up to a maximum of 4 people, all of whom have similar fitness goals to you. Our small group sessions are delivered in six week blocks.
Group Training sessions are a great way of staying motivated, reaching your targets, meeting new people and of spreading the cost of Personal Training sessions a little more thinly.
