Legs, Bums N Tums class will help anyone tone those wobbly bits. These classes help improve body shape by targeting those areas where we all struggle to tone up!
What to expect
The class is a full body aerobic workout to help tone up and lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. Following a gentle warm up we the real workout commences and will include hand weights, body weight and a little bit of cardio thrown in for good measure!
Bring a soft drink to re-hydrate, comfortable clothes and footwear.
Tuesdays 6-7pm, classes are only £3.00pp, if you have a monthly gym membership you only pay £2.00 and it can count as one visit to those with a FlexiPass.
