All our Bootcamp sessions are available to book online now.
Due to current restrictions we must limit the number of people attending our bootcamps.
To help us achieve this, all bookings must made online in advance, we are unable to allow people to just turn up and pay on the day.
Our fun and friendly sessions will be a great way to blast off those lockdown pounds and give you a real energy boost.
We will have aearobic and body weight exercises to suit all levels of ability, but don’t be fooled – these sessions will push you so be prepared to work hard to get results!
We currently have four Bootcamps running each week, the session will last 45minutes at the following times;
- 7.15am on Tuesday & Thursday mornings
- 8.00am Saturday morning
- 6.30pm Tuesday evenings
More times / days may be available if the demand requires it, just get in touch!
The idea behind a small group is not just to adhere to latest advice on social distancing, it will also ensure you get quality coaching time but have no where to hide!
If it rains – bring a coat!
Please be aware that customers will not have access to the building at any time, please bring your own drink, towel and mat if you have one (mats can be provided). Please ensure you always follow the latest guidelines and if you feel at all unwell – do not attend!
