A Personal Training Session is suitable for everyone – regardless of age or ability.

ALL 45 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES INCLUDE FULL NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

All prices quoted are per person

  • Single PT session for non-gym member is £18.00
  • One per week for two months £68.00 (8 @ £17.00per session)

SIGN UP TO 2 x PT SESSIONS PER WEEK

  • Two-month agreement £240.00 (16 @ £15per session)
  • Three-month agreement £312.00 (24 @ £13.00per session)

SIGN UP TO 3 x PT SESSIONS PER WEEK

  • One month £144.00 (12 @ £12per session)
  • Two months £240.00 (24 @ £10per session)
  • Three months £288.00 (36 @ £8.00per session)
  • Support & motivation: Our PTs are passionate and supportive, but don't get too comfortable as we will challenge and motivate you to push yourself further.
  • Maximise technique: If you're new to the gym or new to lifting weights, getting the technique right is vital.
  • Knowledge and experience: Our PTs have experience of working with clients of all ages and abilities.
  • Bespoke training plan: We will create a tailored training programme to suit your needs, abilities and goals.
  • Fitness assessment: Don’t worry! this is to help us understand your baseline, and a way to keep track of your progress.
  • What to wear and bring: Just as you would do training alone in the gym, make sure to wear proper attire so you’re geared up for your training session. Wear breathable and lightweight clothing and non-slip supportive trainers. Bring a towel and bottle of water with you, along with anything the personal trainer suggests you to bring. The last thing you want to be is to feel uncomfortable or ill-prepared.
  • Duration: A personal training session can be between 40 & 60 minutes and will fit in with your schedule and availability.

All prices are quoted per person

  • Full payment required prior to your first session
  • All sessions must be booked in advance
  • We offer an additional 10% discount when you buddy up
  • Buddy PT's must be delivered together as one session
  • Any missed / cancelled sessions can not be rolled over (unless cancelled by Qfit)

Session cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel a PT session you must provide a minimum 4 hours notice prior to the start time
  • Notify us by email (bookings@qfitgym.uk) or via an SMS direct to your instructor.
  • You may reschedule a maximum of ONE PT session for each month of your agreement
  • Where less than 4hrs notice is received you will forfeit your session
  • Any missed sessions can not be rolled over

Agreement cancellation

To request a cancellation of your PT Agreement, you must provide notice in writing via letter, addressed to The Qfit Gym, John Willie Sams, Market St, Newcastle NE23 7HS or via electronic email to bookings@qfitgym.uk.

Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee of £18.00

Notice received up to 9 days from the date of purchase

Customers are only entitled to a full refund, where;

  • A written request is received upto & incl 9 days from purchase
  • No PT sessions have been delivered
  • No cancellation fee shall be charged where this process has been followed

Customers will receive a pro-rata refund, where;

  • One or more session have been delivered
  • A written request is received upto & incl 9 days of purchase
  • A pro-rate refund will be subject to a cancellation fee of £18.00
  • The pro-rata fee shall be offered at the discounted rate of purchase for remaining sessions

Notice received 10 days or more from the date of purchase

  • No refund offered where 21 days or more have lapsed from the date of purchase
  • A 50% refund on remaining sessions shall be offered where notice is received on day 10 upto & incl day 20 from the purchase date
  • The cancellation fee of £18.00 shall be applied
