Price options are simple - Turn up and pay £4.00 per session or purchase a membership.
If you wish to pay in person at our gym reception desk, a single 'calendar' month membership is £20.00 and a one month GymPLUS is £29.00. The GymPLUS allows you to access all exercise classes OR enjoy 1 x PT session per week during your membership!
Our 'Family Gym' session is £6.00 and entitles 1 x adult and up to 2 x children use the gym facility - operating restrictions apply!
You may purchase our standard memberships online also, and the options below will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW each month via your chosen credit/debit card. YOU must notify us via email if you wish to cancel (bookings@qfitgym.uk). Once a payment has been processed there are NO refunds!
FAQS & TERMS
Our family gym sessions cost £6.00 per session! You do not require a gym membership however you will be required to register on your first session.
The family gym session allows one adult (aged 16+) to attend the gym with up to two children aged 8 to 13 years of age.
Sessions operate every Saturday from 10am to 1pm. During the school holidays we can also accept family gym sessions Monday-Friday from 10am to 6pm.
Where gym member wishes to take advantage of the family gym, you will only be charged £2.00.
All users must be aged 14 or over to attend
PAYG
- You must pay your fee on arrival at our reception desk
- You must complete a contact form on your first visit
MONTHLY AGREEMENT
- All memberships are valid from the date of purchase
- You have 7 days from initial purchase to cancel for a full refund, however if you have used your membership during this time your cooling off period becomes invalid
- Once activated / used you are not entitled to a refund
- The GymPLUS entitles users to EITHER 1 x personal training session per week OR Access to our exercise classes each week of your membership period
- If you miss a class or a PT session, you are not entitled to a credit or refund
- You may not roll over or accumulate missed PT sessions or class credits unless we are unable to offer the service at the agreed day/time
- Once a renewal has been processed there are no refunds.
To cancel a Direct Debit you must contact Ashbourne Services in the first instance at least 21 days prior to your scheduled payment date. All Direct Debits will commence with a MINIMUM 4 MONTH agreement, in other words, you are agree and are committed to making a minimum four payments. You may not cancel any of the initial 4 payments during this period.
If you pay by a credit or debit card, Recurring Payments are valid from the date of purchase, you may cancel a renewal payment up to 48 hours prior to the payment renewal date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to make a payment, we accept no responsibility or liability for any bank charges where a payment is declined.
Once a scheduled renewal payment has been processed - this will not be refunded.
Once a membership has been used / activated your 7 day cooling off period becomes invalid.

Once a recurring card renewal payment or a Direct Debit renewal has been processed, this will not be refunded.
New Memberships
We shall only provide a full refund to you within 7 days of your initial membership start date where you have requested this in writing by email to us and on condition you have not used the membership for any services. Where you have set up a Direct debit, you have a 24 hour cooling off period to request a refund of your initial payment, after this period you are committed to the minimum 4 payments. No refunds are offered once a direct debit or recurring card payment has been processed. Where you set up a Recurring card payment, your initial payment is immediate and will not be refunded.
Annual Membership
Annual Memberships are valid from the date of purchase, to obtain a full refund you must submit a request in writing within 21 days of purchase. No refund (full or partial) is available from day 22 of your annual membership payment. Where you have activated / used your membership during the first 21 days, your 21 day cooling off period automatically ends.
We reserve the right to only offer a partial refund as a gesture if you notify us to cancel during the first 90 days of your annual membership, under these circumstances the maximum refund you shall be entitled to is 50% of your annual membership payment.
FEES
There are no cancellation fees where the customer has followed the full cancellation process.
DISCOUNT CARDS
There are no refunds or credits allowed to any Class discount / Referral Card. All cards are valid for up to a maximum of 3 MONTHS from the date of purchase, or until the last credit is used, whichever is sooner!
- You must check in at reception on arrival for every visit.
- On joining new members are offered an induction on the use of the gym equipment. We advise you undertake this as the QFit Gym will not accept any liability for any claim for personal injury if you use the gym equipment without an induction.
- If you are unsure as to how to use any piece of equipment you must seek advice from a qualified member of staff.
- For safety reasons, bags are not permitted onto the gym floor and correct attire must be worn when exercising. Clothing such as jeans, boots, flip-flops/sandals or work wear are not permitted. Any member not wearing suitable attire may be asked to leave.
- You may not use the gym whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, tranquilizers or any medication or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely. The QFit Gym reserves the right to ask you to leave if we believe you are unfit to use the facilities.
- Please ensure that you put your weights and equipment back in their original place when finished.
- Please do not misuse the weights by dropping them on the floor, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated.
- Please do not take photographs/videos on the premises or post information on the internet that may identify another member without their consent.
- You must not behave in an aggressive, abusive, anti-social or threatening manner to any staff or member, any one doing so will have their membership terminated immediately and The QFit Gym reserves the right to contact the Police if deemed necessary.
- Only QFit Gym staff are permitted to train members in the gym. Anyone identified as training members will be asked to leave the gym immediately.
- Members are solely responsible for their own belongings. The QFit Gym accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
- Members are asked to only use the lockers for the duration of their training session.
- Members must inform staff of changes to any contact details.
- By accessing the gym members are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of membership.
- Should your personal medical circumstances change you are required to inform us immediately.
- Smoking, including e- cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all areas of the gym.

We offer DISCOUNTED memberships, The standard Gym only is £18.00pm or the GymPLUS is only £26.00pm.
When you set up a Direct Debit, this is processed by Ashbourne Services on our behalf, you will make your first payment immediately and then the renewals shall be paid from your bank account each month.
All direct debits will commence with a minimum four month agreement. Please ensure you are aware of T&Cs here before signing up.
