Unfortunately we have been informed by North Tyneside council that we were unsuccessful in our bid for funding to host the four weeks of the summer holiday clubs here at the JWS. This is a huge disappointment for us and the John Willie Sams centre, especially as we delivered this very successfully last Summer and again this Easter!
IMPORTANT: This DOES NOT have any impact on the CLARTY BAIRNS trip on Sunday 14 August as I have already paid for that so I will honour the booking for those who have confirmed their place. This will still go ahead and transport and t-shirts will still be provided as agreed!
We can now only offer ONE FULL WEEK, however all participants must pay.
Monday 15 – Friday 19 August, 10am-2pm
We are unable to offer any food privision, all children must bring their own soft drink and packed lunch.
Activities will be both indoors and outside and we have enough to keep the kids active and engaged. A sample of the kind of activities we offer are;
Dodgeball – Football – Frisbee – Tag – Parachute running – Rounders – Floorball – Indoor Curling
On Tuesday the morning session will be Graffitti Arts and DJ sets
We accept no responsibility for any valuables and children will not be allowed to have mobile phones during activities. These can be accesed /checked during the lunch break.
