With over 20 years in grassroots football we have seen huge improvements in the way coaches are now entering the game and evolving through education, qualfications and personal development.
As part of our ‘Team Fitness’ programe we aim to use our personal training, group exercise and Strength & Conditioning experience to maximise your teams fitness.
Aimed at players aged from 12 up to elite, this could be pre-season conditioning, early season endurance or even player injury rehab.
We believe it is important players are aware of their own physical ability and endurance and how this can help with mental wellbeing. We encourage coaches and players to embed our philosophy in to the weekly pre match warm up so they activity and mobvement relates to actual game play. We help to educate participants so they understand why they are doing each activity and how this relates to competitive situations.
Our ‘Team Fitness’ is designed to help clubs address the imbalance of losing players due to misconveived perceptions and also allowing every player to develop and enhance their own fitness levels at a pace that is appropriate to them and not have the fear or worry of matching others around them.
The 'Team Fitness' package is based around any team or club, regardless of their sport. We can deliver this directly to inidvidual players or squads, we encourage coaches and managers to be involved also.
The 'Holiday clubs' offer a variation of multi-sports and fitness sessions for 5 to 12 years olds during school holidays. Activities are suitable for all abilities and can be adapted to suit individual needs.
