Youth fitness camps

Our Youth Fitness offer is aimed at any young person aged from 8 to 14yrs. We aim to ensure all activities are challenging regardless of ability and a fun way to improve fitness and make new friends.

Speed Development - focusing on:

  • Maximum velocity
  • Straight line running
  • Running technique

Agility Development - focusing on:

  • Acceleration /Deceleration
  • Change of direction (COD)
  • Evasion drills

Strength Development - focusing on:

  • Core strength
  • Lower body strength
  • Upper body strength

Nutritional Development - focusing on:

  • Basic nutritional understanding
  • Healthy meals and snacks
  • Food for Pre/Post competition / match days

Our staff are fully qualfied and experienced personal and group trainers. We hold enhanced DBS and full insurance with experience in coaching and fitness for young people

Children should arrive for registration 10mins prior to the start time.

We ask that all children arrive with suitable footwear for indoors, grass or 3g surfaces and clothing for physical activity such as shorts, joggers, tshirt and a waterproof coact for the English weather!

We do ask that no valuables are brought as we will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings
