My son recently completed the Youth Fitness Academy sessions that was on in the half term holidays. He really enjoyed it and is excited to use his pass to come again and put everything he learnt into practice.

I really enjoy going to this gym , I work with a Personal Trainer once a week and have now started going to the Ladies class on a Friday and really enjoy that, my confidence is so much better now I never was interested in classes but this is so much fun everyone is so friendly . I have lost weight and gained confidence since starting the gym!
I have been coming for a few months now and can definitely see a difference in myself. I wouldn't contemplate going anywhere else. Both my daughter and daughter in law come here and initially both were unsure about going but I can definitely see a big difference in them both too. All the PTs are very knowledgeable and supportive.
