Class updates
From 01 March all single classes will rise to £4.50pp.
Bookings
Our online booking system is automated and when a class is full, you are offered the option to join the waiting list. This means when a space opens-up everyone on the list will be notified by email and it’s then first-come first-served.
From March the booking system shall only allow customers to book up to a maximum of 14 days in advance. This also applies to staff doing any manually bookings, so please speak to a member of our team in person if you require assistance.
Attendance
The new process also means we should have far less ‘no-shows’ as this does cause issues, especially when people can not book on a full class. Participants who repeatedly fail to show up without cancelling may be blocked from the booking system – so please notify us asap if you can not attend. We would also state that customers who consistently cancel on the day of the class in consecutive weeks may be required to book in person with staff and have any future bookings cancelled.
Note: if we need to cancel a class in advance you will be notified via email, if we cancel a class ‘on-the-day’ this will also be followed up with an SMS (no calls)
Walk-ins
Whilst this is allowed, we will always prioritise those who have pre-booked, which means we can not guarantee your participation should the class be fully booked.

Please pre-book to attend a class, you may do this online HERE, or pop in to the gym and speak to a member of our team direct who will help you. Finally please notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.
