Boxing 4 Fitness
Kids ‘Boxing 4 Fitness’ (10-15 year olds)
FREE sessions, with two taster sessions during the Easter holidays here at our Qfit Gym.
The no-contact classes means sessions are suitable for young people to help build confidence and well as physical wellbeing. It is also important for young people’s mental health and it teaches self-discipline and social skills as they interact with other kids at the classes.
- Tuesday 07 April, 09.15-10.15am
- Thursday 15 April, 4.30-5.30pm
No booking required, simply turn up for the sessions and sign in on arrival
We then intend to run 5 weekly classes through April/May for FREE (day/time tbc)
Full registrations and membership classes will then commence in June.
