Kickboxing is a fantastic way for youngsters to stay in shape, fit and healthy and make new friends. We focus on teaching self discipline and respect, and having lots of fun, this will help boost confidence and self esteem.
Suitable for boys and girls aged from 8 to 14yrs old.
Children will be using gloves and pads to learn technique, balance, coordination and improve fitness.
Members of our ‘QFit Kickboxing Club’ can also progress to take part in belt grading tests.
